Refund and Replacement Policy
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, My PinPrint has the following refund and replacement policy:
- No Refunds for Personalized Products: All sales of personalized products are final. Refunds are not accepted for custom-made items, as they are tailored specifically to your order and cannot be resold.
- Replacements for Errors on Our Part: If a product is defective or contains an error caused by My PinPrint (e.g., manufacturing defect or incorrect personalization due to our mistake), we will replace the product at no additional cost to you. To request a replacement:
- Non-Returnable Items: Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling, wear and tear, or improper use are not eligible for replacement.
- Shipping Issues: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
