Our Products
What types of products does My PinPrint offer?
My PinPrint specializes in custom-made, personalized products made just for you! Our current products include personalized stationery and pencils, felt boards and thumbtacks, and magnet boards and magnets.
We will be adding photo magnets and stickers soon!
What size is your stationery?
Our personalized stationery uses a 4bar size (3.5 x 4.875"), which can be mailed without a problem! Our cards are printed on a 100 lb. bright white cardstock.
They are the perfect size for a quick note!
Can you use a color that is not listed for personalization?
We would love to help you match your products to your vision!
To use a particular color, please email us a swatch or color number to mypinprint@gmail.com.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
Because our products are personalized and created just for you, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.
Most orders begin production 1-2 hours after receipt. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us at mypinprint@gmail.com as quickly as possible. We'd be happy to help you make the corrections as long as production has not already begun.
What if I make a mistake in my personalization details?
If you notice an error in your order details before production begins, contact us immediately at mypinprint@gmail.com.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once production has started.
Can I see a proof of my order before it goes to production?
We are happy to send you a proof of your stationery personalization to make sure you are confident in your design and color selections.
Please be aware that this extends the processing time by 2-3 business days depending on how quickly we receive a response.
If a proof does not receive a response within 5 business days, we will go ahead and process the order with the personalizations you created the original order with.
How do the colors compare across the different products?
We strive to maintain consistent color options across our range of personalized products.

While we do our best to portray accurate color depictions, please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in screens and devices.

Shipping & Processing
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production and delivery times vary depending on the product and customization requirements.
Most products are processed and packaged between 1-3 business days after receipt.
Shipping times will be determined by the shipping carrier you select at checkout.
If I need my order quickly, do you offer a rush service?
Absolutely! We would love to help you get your order as quickly as possible!
Please contact us at mypinprint@gmail.com before placing your order and let us know when you need your order. We will confirm whether or not we can accommodate your request.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress through the shipping carrier's website.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery at mypinprint@gmail.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement.

What if I'm not satisfied with the design I chose?
Since our products are personalized based on your specifications, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for dissatisfaction with customer-selected designs, colors, or other personalization choices.
We recommend carefully reviewing your selections before finalizing your order.
Why don't you offer refunds?
Because our products are custom made specifically for you, they cannot be resold. As a result, we do not offer refunds for personalized products.
However, if there is an error or defect caused by My PinPrint, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.
What qualifies as an error on My PinPrint's part?
An error on our part includes manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty materials or craftsmanship) or incorrect personalization due to our mistake (e.g., we printed the wrong text or design).
Errors due to customer-provided information, such as incorrect spelling or design submissions, do not qualify for replacements.
How do I request a replacement for a defective or incorrect product?
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at mypinprint@gmail.com.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or error.
- We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement product to the original shipping address.
