Shipping Process

Order Processing Time: All products are custom-made based on your personalization details. Processing times vary depending on the product and complexity of customization.

Typical processing times range from 1-3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time: Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

Estimated delivery times will be provided by the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Please note that these are estimates, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Methods and Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and destination.

Shipping Destinations: We ship to the continental United States. Please check availability at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your package’s progress on the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days after processing, or if you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at mypinprint@gmail.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Shipments: If your order is lost during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at mypinprint@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement if the loss is confirmed.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at mypinprint@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence. If the damage is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, as outlined in our Terms and Refunds Policy. Damage caused by the carrier will be addressed through the carrier’s claims process.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. My PinPrint is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Delays: My PinPrint is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather events or holidays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
